Warnings keep coming even though the website has already been allowed

I keep getting dozens of notifications a day that my child has been warned about visiting vintedapp.com website even though this website has already been whitelisted and should be allowed without any restrictions.

Hi @rgala,

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Please open the "Norton Family Companion" app on your kid's device and do a manual sync (Browser menu --> My House Rules --> Sync button on the top right corner)  and Quit and re-launch the app to fetch the latest house rules.

This should resolve the issue, but in case if it still persists, please tell us from where the mentioned "vintedapp.com" is being accessed - from Norton browser or from any other browser(chrome, safari) or from the Vinted application. This will help us in assisting further.
