I lost my Norton after reinstalling my Windows 10

my  computer is a Geek squad and is repaired   picking it up later  today   but  i fear  i have lost everything   they backed up data to new hard  rive bit   i no longer have  like my documents  utilities apps  prohgrams and   Norton as well/ I am sing my windows 7 in the meantime  will  most likely have to reinstall norton and I have no way of  geting documents and utilities email etc back

 last time someone  one of  your  techs helped me get alot of that back   from ondrive bit bnot sure  they can agin   new ardrive  but dats   backed up to iit
