Have a look at - Finder - apps - norton 360 . If you cannot find it there try re-install with RMAC = https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080427024... . Norton is compatible with Big Sur OS = https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080515115...

The file in the apps section was very small.  I placed it into the trash. I never got an uninstall screen to come up.  My solution is to stop using Norton 360.
