I'm unable to add my adult daughter to my Norton Family account

When are you going to change the "family account" so that I can add my adult college student daughter?

The limit of 18 year old child is stupid!!!

I have too much invested in the family account for myself and my husband to get rid of it and go to a cheaper one.

However, last year because your folks sold me a "family account" with the idea I could add my adult daughter to it, you only charged me $371.  Happy to pay the full amount on renewal if I could add my daughter.  But since I still cannot, would like the discounted cost.

What Norton product are you subscribed to? Does it include the LifeLock credit monitoring service?

$371 sounds like a lot of money for a genuine Norton subscription. Did you purchase directly from Norton or from some other source?
