Norton Info screen showing up all zeros Wallet Balance zero. Anyone else having this aswell?

Have you tried doing a restart to see if that helps ?

The APIs are responding correctly with the data and it is the same that powers both portal and client.

Usually when this happens it goes back to normal in a bit. But now it has been at zeros for a while.

I just checked both my machines after making sure Windows was up to date and restarted, both are showing balance and HR values. Are you logged in to your Norton Account?

It fixed itself after a restart of the client, after doing what nisha told me to do. Thanks.
