The Norton Support team has gone silent. Out of the 10 devices license, 8 are used and the 8th device is an msi GS66 i9 12th Gen which refuses to activate Utilities Ultimate. Utilities Ultimate is working fine on balance 7 devices. I have Win 11 Pro, but I tried Win 10 Pro also, and the issue remains.
If only the 12th Gen devices are facing this issue, then Norton is not ready with it. I believe Norton must honestly come forth and share the difficulties they may be facing rather than keep everyone hanging and not responding.have
I had a similar issue some 3 yrs ago which was specific to one of the Win 10 Pro and Norton took about 3 weeks to make a fresh modified launcher and sent it to me to load clean. I also got refund and a free one yr subscription. But there was a lot of back and forth with long chats with Dublin.
For now, is there anyone who knows what might be the reason? This time, Norton is silent.
