I have Norton Utilities Premium and most recently was running version 18.104.22.1688 - it worked fine and found/cleared all sorts of issues on a regular basis, every time I used it and ran "All-in-One PC Cleanup". It found and I cleaned 'Browser cache files', 'Temporary files', 'Log files', etc, under the Internet, Windows, and Other headings.
Several days ago, I accepted the "Norton Utilities Premium updates" pop-up notification and it updated to version 22.214.171.1245. Now, every time I run "All-in-One PC Cleanup", it doesn't find *any* issues. None. No matter how much work I do, or internet searches conducted in the preceding hours or days, it finds no issues to be cleaned. This *cannot* be right, given the frequency and quantity of found issues with the previous (and all other previous) versions.
Further proof - I have another computer that I did not accept the "update" pop-up, and so it still has the older ver. 126.96.36.1998, and that Utilities Premium works just fine like it always did. So, I have two questions:
1) What is going on with this most recent update version (188.8.131.525) that it broke my Utilities Premium? And more importantly...
2) How can I *roll back* to the previous version that I know works (184.108.40.2068)?
Thanks kindly for any light shed and any help that can be given!
