i would like to know if norton is blocking me from adult content websites and how to fix it

i don't know if it is norton that is blocking me from viewing adult content websites or not.i have already contacted my internet provider and they said there are no blocks on my line.i don't have norton family set up as i live alone and would like a fix for this issue,if indeed it is norton that is causing the problem or not.any help would be very much appreciated.
