Unable to reset the password as the email is no longer valid

My dad has had a LifeLock account for years. Our problem is i had to cancel his email account and he has dementia and doesn't remember his password and to reset his password it sends the request to his email, and he doesn't have that email anymore Any ideas or help would be appreciated

So, you need to access his LifeLock account or to cancel his LifeLock subscription?
