How best to log / sign in

I would greatly appreciate advice regarding "logging/ signing on" (to add to the confusion).

I rarely use Norton's site because I feel so "out of my depth"; and when I do it's never easy.

There are, it seems, at least THREE ways of gaining access and I never know which one is

the most appropriate:

1. Sign in to the Official site. 2. "My Norton: Welcome to My Norton. 3. My Norton (on Desktop).

Sometimes I have to verify photos, sometimes not. And, then, as today, I had to repeatedly type

my password to be able to move around and (eventually) find what I was looking for.

(This only serves to reinforce my view that the user is always "dancing to the technology's tune",

rather than the other way round. When will electronic technology in general ever be properly

developed?)

In the meantime, it would be very helpful to know at least how best to "log / sign in".

I look forward to your advice and thank you in anticipation.

Re: How best to log / sign in

Hello Buratic. The best way I've found is using this article: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v53370843

Make sure you have 2FA ( Two factor authentication ), as I have, established. I use a mobile device and get a text message with a code. Please note that if your web browser deletes your cookies when you close your browser that MAY be the issue to sign in constantly. If you also see a small check box where it will state "trust this device", please check that box.
