I want to cancel the Life Lock that was added to my subscription

I want to cancel the Life Lock that was added to my subscription but none of the links on the page works. Here's the page link: Contact Norton Support – Norton Chat Support options . Is there some setting or something that isn't apparent? If I can't contact support than I will have no other choice but to dispute the order on PayPal.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund/other.
