NORTON IS FREAK'N USELESS!!!

I keep getting a Norton 360 msg that says "The computer (a long string of numbers.local) is attempting to access Universal Control on your computer. Do you want to allow this connection? It's useless to try to call Norton, they NEVER pick up. I tried chatting and I constantly get disconnected; I think they purposes kick customers off to prevent helping them. I pay this company too much money on a monthly basis to not get any better service. I am VERY DISSATISFIED WITH NORTON!!! They are always too busy trying to sell stuff instead of developing good customer service. They need to fix current problems. I'm pissed...as if you couldn't tell!!
