VPN - Windows Stop Code shuts down Computer

When I turn on VPN on my Computer Microsoft Stop Code, blue screen, cuts in and shuts the computer down and reboots.  Start again and same thing happens. One of your men took over my computer yesterday and spent over 2 hours trying to correct the fault.   Case No. [Removed].  STILL NO GOOD.  On our tablets it bars sales outlets for our shopping so again had to turn off. I tried several times to come back re. the Case No. but couldn’t get past the stupid virtual Katie.  Tried always – “don’t understand” My Computer is a Lenovo as are our 2  tablets,   I see from Google that your VPN does not work on Lenovo, if this is the case why don’t you say so when selling the product or your man say when he was remotely operating the computer.

What model of Lenovo computer do you have? What Windows version, and is it in S mode? 

Do you have the Stop Code information? What is the code, and any description of the fault?

Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections.
