Password Manager Reverts to 'Setup' option....working before

I have been using Norton's Password Manager for over a year on my Win 10 laptop.

Yesterday, the option to access the application from the Norton Dashboard is now 'Setup'.  If I click the option, nothing happens.

I confirmed I can still access my vault from my iPhone and the data is still there.  Any ideas on what happened and how to resolve?

Hi,

Sorry for the issue you are facing, can you please validate below actions,

1. Norton Dashboard actually replicates the Norton Password Manager extension install status on your Machines default browser. So

can you please check whether you still have the extension installs on default browser?

2. If you still see the issue can you please reboot the machine and see whether issue is resolved?

I have the same problem. I have checked that the extension is active in both my default browser, Chrome, and the other browser on the system, MS Edge. I have restarted the system since checking and My Norton Home Page is still showing Password Manager as "Set Up", as shown in the attachment. 

Clicking on the "Set Up " menu option does nothing.

Any other suggestions?

Just a note -> You can directly access Norton Password Manager from the Chrome/Edge/Firefox browser from the below option.
