Password Manager Reverts to 'Setup' option....working before

I have been using Norton's Password Manager for over a year on my Win 10 laptop.
Yesterday, the option to access the application from the Norton Dashboard is now 'Setup'. If I click the option, nothing happens.
I confirmed I can still access my vault from my iPhone and the data is still there. Any ideas on what happened and how to resolve?
