Why is this website classified as a phishing threat by Safe web when it clearly does not even request for any user information whatsoever?

Hi, why is citadao.io classified as a phishing threat when it clearly does not request any information whatsoever from users? It was submitted for evaluation and then subsequently rejected and still classified as a phishing site with no explanation given.

I read many similar issues with Safe web. Is Safe Web able to help us understand the reason for these classifications, or should we just inform users in general that safe web has issues?
