Conclusion - RE: Contact info for Legal Department

For anyone who's interested, this is a follow up to this thread that I started 2 months ago. It took many months, but I got the refund. It would've been much easier and faster if they'd just given it to me in the first place instead of having to go through all of this escalating and complaining. Good luck to everyone else who's trying to get a refund.
