Norton Utilities keeps changing power plan

I have Norton Utilities Premium 21.4.6.565 running on various Windows 11 laptops and PCs

It keeps changing my power plans from Balanced to Ultra Performance. I have to keep going into Real-Time Status Configuration tab to set it back to 'Balanced-Office Productivity' and unchecking 'Switch processor settings for peak performance'.

I do not want/need Ultra Performance

  • it causes my machines to make a lot of fan noise which is quite annoying and disturbs people I live with especially at night.
  • It uses a lot more power which is not environmental friendly

How do I stop Norton Utilities Premium from switching to a power plan which increases my carbon use?
