Instant Lock Doesn't work on Android

It worked at first, but whenever I enable it now I see the Instant Lock message in the Norton Family kids app, but I can still use the Android phone to surf the web

Welcome to Norton Family Forum.

Please ensure Norton Family is excluded from battery optimisation setting. You can check this by

  • Open settings and select apps.
  • Search and select Norton Family app
  • Click on battery
  • Use Details must be unrestricted

Additionally, please check if Norton Family in the child's device indicates any permissions missing. You can follow the steps as mentioned here.
