Re-activate now...Reactivate now...

I'm up to date with my subscription but cannot access my tool box and associated security options like file shredder. . I followed all the recommended options. I deleted Utilities Premium and re-loaded it as suggested. Nothing works. Trying to get in touch with technical assistance is like getting a root canal at the dentist. Please fix  this issue or lose it!

It looks like the new patch solved the problem. I don't need to re-install the program every time I turn on the computer on. YEAH...!

I like the new graphics.

Your inability to get useful assistance from Norton does not surprise me at all.  Their idea of client support ends at collecting your annual fee.  I have tolerated them for a number of years but no longer.  I just received an email from them to automatically renew the subscription at a cost of just a few cents short of $300.00!!!!!!!!!!  Not sure what planet Norton is on, but there are free security apps about, including that built in to Windows, that provide more than adequate security without the continual BS from Norton.  The wider IT community is questioning the value of outrageously priced security software like Norton.

Is your Norton Utilities Premium, NUP, the free bonus that was offered for having Automatic Renewal enabled for your 360 subscription? If so, that bonus is no longer being offered. So even if your 360 subscription that was recently auto renewed, you would no longer be entitled to the free NUP.

I see what you're saying and I'm not sure. NUP is no longer on the menu and one has to purchase the "Ultimate". NORTON is pricing itself out of the market.

Well...I managed to get the Anti-Track working again. Still no progress with the Utilities Premium. Not even a link to re-purchase if it's in fact expired...

You can check your subscriptions in your Norton Account to see if there is an entry for Norton Utilities Premium, NUP. If there is an entry in your Account, there may be a renew link by that entry.

Otherwise, the Ultimate version may be your only option if you still want Norton Utilities.

There is a renew option that is asking me to download but it is already downloaded. I removed and then re-loaded the app a few times as per instructions and it still doesn't work. I have a valid key and serial number. I wish I could include a screen shot but the system does not allow jpeg attachments.

I gave-up trying. I purchased the Ultimate app since it was on sale. Now the Anti-Track failed again this morning. " So sorry for the inconvenience..." I had to un-installed and re-load the app. Again.

Too bad my subscription to Norton just renewed because I would be looking somewhere else. But I will certainly keep this ordeal in mind next year.

One other thing. One part of the site says that I'm subscribed to my apps and on another page, I'm not and need to download. Weird.

I hate to come on the Forum just to complain but I have nothing positive to add.

Just for a little clarity on what you were seeing. When in your Norton Account, did you see what I have in the image below with the red dot and Expired by Annual Subscription? Or did you have a green dot and Active beside Annual Subscription.  If Expired is showing, the product key you see listed is no longer valid. When I click on Renew Now, it takes me to a shopping cart payment page.

Mine says "Premium service Disabled" with the product key and Serial number and no expiry date.

That indicates that the free version for 360 auto renew is no longer available to your subscription, as I described above.

It's a moot point now since I purchased the "Ultimate". Still doesn't explain why my Anti-Track keeps on dropping.

Anti Track down again... " You need to sign-in"... " Can't sign-in" " Sorry for the inconvenience". "You must uninstall and re-installed the program."  " Sorry for the inconvenience."

So is that the new protocol? How many times does one have to un-install and re-install?
