VPN not connecting

Greetings.  On 07/17 the Norton Secure VPN disconnected and I have not been able to get it to connect since.  Tech was online with me that day but was not able to remedy.  Is anyone else having this issue and, if so, what was done to repair?

Are you using the VPN feature in Norton 360, or the standalone Norton Secure VPN? If the standalone, and you have Norton 360, you should uninstall the standalone and just use the feature in 360.

Try changing your VPN region if you are currently using the default Auto Select setting. Click the down arrow beside the Turn on/off button for the VPN feature and click on VPN Region. Scroll down until you find your country and click on that. Now test to see if the VPN is working correctly.
