DuoLingo block message

Hi, My child has DuoLingo on their phone and every time I open the app and start doing things within the app, I get multiple messages that the website I was visiting was blocked. I have tried adding Duolingo.com to the safe list and that didn’t work. I’ve looked at the child’s web monitoring log to see if it mentions what was blocked, but it doesn’t. It’s very irritating as the child is allowed to use that app and the message pops up multiple times while they play. This is on iOS and and iPhone se.

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Please open the "Norton Family Companion" app on your kid's device after updating categories and allowing "duolingo.com" in Web protection settings and do a manual sync (Browser menu --> My House Rules --> Sync button on the top right corner).

This should resolve the issue, but in case if it still persists, please long press the notification to view the blocked URL's and share the screenshots of the same. This will help us in assisting further.
