Demande de remboursement pour renouvellement

Bonjour, je viens vers vous car je souhaite le remboursement pour l'abonnement annuel effectuer le 31 juillet 2022.

Mon abonnement prenait fin le 3 septembre 2022 et je n'ai pas été prévenu du renouvellement automatique effectuer un mois à l'avance.

Je souhaite donc le remboursement de ce paiement. 

Pour des raisons personnelles, je ne peux continuer à utiliser pour service.

Merci de faire le nécessaire au plus vite...

hello, I come to you because I want the refund for the annual subscription to be made on July 31, 2022.

My subscription ended on September 3, 2022 and I was not notified of the automatic renewal to be carried out one month in advance.

I would therefore like this payment to be reimbursed.
