Restore sanitized files

I routinely download Word documents with completed form fields. I am the originator of the document, but when they are returned, Norton sanitizes them and I have to restore each one after a Norton sanitization alert. How do I stop this happening? Also, how do I find the list of sanitized files without responding to the sanitization alert? Thank you. Sharon R.

Thanks for responding.

It is removing the responses in the form fields, checkboxes, etc. and so I have to restore each time the completed form is sent back to me.

Sometimes I miss the pop-up alert that the file has been sanitized, so I would like to know how to get to the Security Settings without the links in the pop-up alert.
