After upgrade to Norton 360 with Lifelock Select Plus Cloud Backup password Issue

Upgraded from Norton Security to Norton 360 with Lifelock Select Plus. When I try to run Manage Cloud Backup and enter my Norton 360 password, it states "Incorrect Password". How do I reset the Cloud Backup password?
I have rebooted a couple of time, full boot. Also changed the Norton PW and tried again. I can login to Norton but when I try to "manage" the Cloud Backup and enter the same Norton PW, it still say "incorrect". I suspect the backup wants the PW from the Norton Security version that I had when I setup the backup. After upgrading to Norton 360, I no longer have the old pw.
