Dark Web issue - cannot clear message

Norton reports that I have a Dark Web alert. I click on the icon to review the problem and it takes me to another page with nothing on it apart from BACK in the top left corner and the normal Norton links on the top right. I get the same thing on other computers.

I got onto Chat to resolve it and the agent wanted to use a Remote Desktop to come onto my system to sort it.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE JOKING IF YOU THINK I WILL EVER DO THAT!

It breaks all security protocols. Never, never, never allow anyone to Remote Desktop into your system unless you know them personally.

This simply looks like a bug. I've had it for a few weeks and it will not clear.

And I left Kaspersky because of the problems in Ukraine! Never had issues and the support was fantastic.

After several days I logged into yet another computer and this time it let me see the Dark Web issues. After reading them the message cleared on the original machine. 

I only use decent machines running Windows 10 or 11 and they are always patched up to date.
