What is this pop-up and why doesn't Norton address this?  It was posted before on the forum and no answer to this?  Decline or accept the pop-up from Norton.

Norton tech rep assisted by connecting to my computer and, voila, said it was fixed and I would never have the trouble again. Well, it still persists. No matter that I deselect every feature on the software. Apparent random computer links pop up for approval or denial. When I close them, they come back as a different link. I thought my PIA VPN might be at the core of the issue but it is not, when it is inactivated I still have the problem. I don't know what else to do but simply abandon their software altogether. I
