Can't open up "Software Updater" tab

The product tells me there's software that needs to be updated. But when I press the yellow tab to see what needs updated, nothing happens.

You cannot reply to the email notifications from the forum, as you found out. You click on "Read more at the Norton Community" to take you to the thread from the notification, which you may also have figured out by now.
