No alerts from my son's iPhone

Hi,

I installed Norton Family on my son's iPhone after he switched from an Android one.

Since then I'm receiving every week an email that there are no alerts. 

After looking hard for a way to contact the support team,  I did send an email but got no response. 

I pay so much for Norton and I expect to have a simpler way to get help.

Hi @Hadas Rahav-Leron,

We noticed that you are running a previous version of Norton Family Companion App, suggest you to update to the latest version (v1.12.5) and then try launching the app. If the issue still persists, please send us a screenshot of the issue you are seeing to understand better and assist further.

Hi @Hadas Rahav-Leron,

Thank you for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Activities generated in child app will be sent in batches as we collect the data for a certain period of time (in minutes) and send it to the server except for a few critical alerts (such as when child sends a message from block page, requesting for site access or request for a time extension to avoid curfew) which are sent immediately.

Alerts or activities originating from other apps like chrome or safari will be sent to the server once the Norton Family child app is launched. Please try launching the Child app to see if activities are received.

I launched the child app again and again and I don't understand what am I missing and why it is not launched.

Who can help me with that?
