Android Norton Clean no longer cleans

When I launch Norton Clean it displays a pie chart showing percent storage used. I click the clean button and the app appears to run normally, counting up the junk files, but instead of deleting them it puts me back on the starting screen. If I click on View Junk Files a list of apps appears, all with check marks, but the top of the screen says No Files To Remove. How do I correct this?
