Hello, I just bought and paid subscription for Norton 360 for Mac. But the order and the subscription do not appear in my account. So I don't have the product key and cannot activate

I placed the order as per instructions and four days later I’m still waiting to be given access to the product.
Renewal process with new key does not work

i cannot login to my british gas account with edge browser-get stopped by "i am not a robot" screen does not get to 'password', just loops indefinitely. can access british gas account with firefox (no norton protection) without problem
