Early morning notifications

Does anyone know how to adjust time zones? I receive alerts from LifeLock at 2am and 5am waking me up. I’ve tried calling support and they tell me there is no way to adjust that. It’s getting to the point that I want to cancel my membership over it. Appreciate any help

What device are you using? Verify that the time is correctly set in the device's settings.
