Time Supervision bypassed by kid

Buongiorno everyone! My very first post here.

My problem is very similar to this old one.

My son, a very smart 13-years-old guy, is on a Win11 PC as a standard user (I have an admin account), both MS accounts.

From Parental control, I have disabled PIN (too easy to crack with a python brute force script). I have secured with 2 factors auth both my MS and Norton accounts, and recently changed my PIN on his PC to be something else than a birthdate of anybody in the family (yes, he also guessed the previous PIN...)

So I've the house rules but my son is basically playing all day on his PC. This morning for instance - and I know this because I can hear him speaking to his gaming fellows - he started playing around 9 AM, now it's 12:40 PM and what I see from the time report is attached: something around 1.3h out of 5.

This morning I accessed my Norton Family dashboard and Time Supervision was DISABLED. So I enabled it again. And it's not the first time.

How is this possible?? How can I fix this? Otherwise Norton Family becomes useless.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Time Supervision bypassed by kid

Hi Alessandro Guarneri 75,

Thanks for reaching Norton Family forums.

Upon analyzing the backend data, we could see that the Time supervision policy has been updated 16 times for the last two days(10th and 11th Sep) using the Norton Family portal.

Also, we could see that the policy updates were made from the Chrome browser operating in Mac OS.

Could you please confirm if you had made these changes? If not, please check if the child has access to your credentials.

Additionally, please verify if you had opted for "Trust this device" option while signing in to your account after setting up the Two-Factor Authentication.

Trusted computers and mobile devices do not require a verification code when you sign in to your account.
You can remove all the trusted devices by logging into the account and navigating to "Account Settings" (Two Factor Authentication -> Trusted Devices -> Remove all).

Thanks,
Norton Family Team.

And I also received this email 2 hours ago: it says that my son reached his curfew and his PC was blocked...

But he's still playing...
