Do you need a VPN when you're on your Home Network that is secure?

I know this question has been asked a lot out in the tech world. But let's see what we get. Do you need a VPN when you're on your Home Network that is secure? I know you won't get top speeds that your paying for. Maybe just use it when shopping and banking.

As long as you have protected your home network with a strong, long, complex wifi password, you do not need a VPN, even for banking. As you noted, you should never do anything that exposes your personal information when using public wifi. That is when you need to use the VPN.

I concur with Permalink, stronger, complex, & longer (i.e. 63) wifi password (PW) the better. Just don't forget to change your guest PW after your guest leave.  In most cases this will be your weakest link to gain access to your network.

What about mobile network should you use a VPN on them? For the same thing banking shopping. But do you really need one just for running Apps and browsing the Web?

By mobile network, if you are referring to cell data, then no. You do not need a VPN as the data is already encrypted as it leaves your device.

Each Norton 360 app, Android, iOS, and Windows has a feedback link.

Android   Tap the three bars at top left of 360 main screen and tap Rate Us.

iOS          Tap the three bars at top left of 360 main screen and tap on Leave Feedback.

Windows Open the classic 360 interface and click on Help and then Feedback on the right side.
