Hello Brian, please tell us a bit more about things if you would.
1- Are you logging into your computer with an account that has admin privileges?
2 - What is your OS and its version/build?
3 - Did you just install a new product from a new prescription and did you remove any other antivirus software before doing so if that is the case?
