Norton error reporting submission

Why  Norton keeps submiting errors after I disable the option? I got "Norton Community Watch" OFF and "Detailed Error Data Collection" set to NEVER . Dont tell me that is nothing to worry about it. It take time to keep your company and home network safe to worry about norton sending information without my authorization.
