Norton password Manager and Firefox Browser

Mobile unlock no longer works with Firefox Browser. I get a generic 'Something went wrong' error message. When I open up settings It tells me to 'Turn on mobile unlock' and then it states there isnt a mobile device set up. I know there is because my mobile phone works just fine with the Windows Edge browser. This has only started happening in the last week.

I have deleted and re installed the browser extension, also reinstalled Firefox but the error still occurs.

Any ideas please
