Norton Password Manager vault has disappeared

The Norton Password Manager that I was using only yesterday, has today disappeared entirely.  Instead of having the option to Access Vault, today when I clicked on the Norton icon, I had only the option to set up a Password Manager, which I did, as an Edge extension, but I now have a new, empty vault.  How can I retrieve all the passwords and information on my original vault?

Curious, have you tried allowing all Norton pages content -> all Norton cookies, ads, trackers, etc. 
Curious, have you tried to Sign Out (all Norton) -> clear browser temporary cookies n' cache -> test
