Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family Forum.

We hope the issue you are facing is concerned with enforcement of Daylight savings in GMT. 

It is a known issue that only on the day of DST change, the curfew gets delayed by an hour. However, it will work fine from the next day onwards. 
We will analyze the issue further.
