More than 1 network scanned??

On my iPhone 8, Norton shows that my wifi network is OK, but it shows 2 networks scanned and checked. Sometimes I can see my network in the listing of wifi networks even though I am listed that I am already connected to it. Any guess work? Anyone know why I would have more than one network? thanks
