How can I Delete a password protected login

I accidently saved a login as password protected and I now need to change the password, how can I delete it and then create a new one?

Hi oneasygeezer,

Please try the below steps for deleting a password protected login,

  1. Click on the password protected login.
  2. Enter Vault password to open the login.
  3. Click on the delete link in the bottom right 
  4. Confirm your action by clicking yes in the "Are you sure...." confirmation pop-up
  5. The login will get deleted

Hi Thanks for your response, however when I read it and looked at my question I realised I hadn't quite made it clear it should have read "I accidently saved a login as password protected and forgot the password how can I delete it?", sorry
