Incorrect SafeWeb Flag

Hi, for a while now my site has been flagged as dangerous: phishing:

indecorblindsanddrapes.com.au

Despite numerous requests for a review, the flag still stands.

The site is no longer used and a 301 redirect has been setup for any visitor to be forwarded to the company's Facebook page.

I've had the site scanned by our host that states that no virus / malicious software exists on the site.  Can you explain the flag, why there is not more detail to help fix this problem and / or re-evaluate the site?

1) What working site did you have scanned?
2) Maybe, 403 Status.   What working URL/domain name do you want re-evaluated?

What does a 301 redirect do?
A 301 signals a permanent redirect from one URL to another, meaning all users that request an old URL will be automatically sent to a new URL.

OK, the site has a permanent 301 redirect, that may be the cause of the 403 forbidden response?

If the site cannot be scanned, how do four vendors flag this site as malicious? 

What exactly is the problem?  Details as to why would the flag would be good.

I've had the http / https indecorblindsanddrapes.com.au site scanned by our web host and no malicious files exist.   

The htaccess file automatically redirects the visitor to the Facebook page. 

indecorblindsanddrapes.com.au is not being used at all.    Do you want the 301 redirect removed? 

If indecorblindsanddrapes.com.au cannot be visited, how is it malicious?

I'm not a site owner.  I'm not Norton.  
I'm a Norton user....just guessing. 
Websites need to be working to be catagorized/re-catagorized.   

I'm also guessing.  Site owners can work directly with Norton Safe Web team.
