norton support ... connexion impossible

Bonjour,

impossible d'entrer en connexion avec le support norton,

je suis bloqué dans mes développements à cause d'une erreur de détection de heur.advmbl.b.

je râle ... sec !

une idée ?

As a developer, you need to create a master folder for all your projects. Then exclude that folder and all sub folders from Both items in the image below. 

En tant que développeur, vous devez créer un dossier maître pour tous vos projets. Ensuite, excluez ce dossier et tous les sous-dossiers des deux éléments dans l'image ci-dessous.

thanks for your reply.

But ...it's not a good solution, I've tried  previously and of course I can develop whitout detection BUT ... my executable is rejected when I place it in a "non excluded folder". My suposition is the native code associate to a picturebox_class contains a partial signature of heur.advml.b.

More, I will not exclude my development folder because that's en opening door in my environment.

I'm sure that's a false positive.

In that moment, Norton support seams to be "inaccessible" .

Without using exclusions while developing, Norton can flag things it sees as possible malware. Often in development there is debugging code in an app. That can be interpreted by Norton as a security risk.

I'm not sure what you feel Norton can do  for you as it is a one off app being detected during development. Try contacting Support at   www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the Chat option, as soon as you can enter information, enter "agent please" to get out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

I use norton since 20 or 25 (may be more) years without problem.

I can build if I exclude the folders from norton analyze

When i copy my exécutable on a protected folder, it is detected with heur.advml.b and deleted.

Once more I've start a chat with Norton .. it run run run run ... but nobody respond

I'm connected with my ID.

I've try with an old IE and the connection was successfull ... why ? my EDGE is up todate and clean..

Norton assistance have take the control of my PC during 1h40 .... without success.

I have run a complete analyze of my pc, absolute no detection of virus.

Norton think my application is a virus

Norton is the virus :D

I have no solution
