Instant Lock on Family App does not work on Android device

Hi, 

InstantLock feature does not work. Child phone Samsung Android App-Device-Blocker page does not block app & functionality when the window of requested application on the  phone is in the resizing mode. See picture below. 



Instant Lock works regularly when rendering the full screen Phone Apps. 

Any workaround for this issue? Important feature for my needs.

Thanks for writing to us.

The phone application can be used freely all the time, in popup window mode, even during Time curfew/Instant lock/App supervision.

Please write back to us if you experience any issues with Norton Family app not blocking the popup window for other apps.
