I had Norton working with Win10. Made an W11 upgrade and this problem occurred (no other problems with rest of programs noted). Help desk could not solve it with re-installation etc. Any suggestions-there is an old thread with same hiccup. The op could solve it with in place upgrade to Windows 10. I tried that with Win 11, but did not resolve anything. Any ideas would be appreciated.
As seen from attachment all options are greyed out. cannot change anything. Weird thing is that it works correctly until reboot when re-installed. But, after reboot or shutdown/restart it's the same. Fast startup disabled.
