Norton Family doesn't monitor Huwaei MediaPad T5

Hi, I have installed Norton Family in 2 devices, a. Laptop Levono and Norton works perfect, b. Huwaei MediaPad T5 (tablet) and it seems that Norton doesn't monitor.

Although I can see that Norton is installed in two devices (2 of 5 licences I have in my subscription), all notifications i get is about Laptop and more important, Norton Family does not block the access on this laptop after the allotted time. 

How can I make Norton family work smoothly as it does with the laptop?

Huwaei has the EMUI Android 8.0.0.

Currently, Norton Family does not support Huawei devices as stated here,
