Utilities Ultimate File Shredder permissions

I have found that the current version of the file shredder option will no longer delete the file folders associated with the other items in the trash. As I remember the old Premium edition did. Anybody else have an issue with this, or is it just me? Anyway it's now a two step removal process, one to shred the files and then using the Microsoft "empty the trash" to remove the leftovers.
