does Norton support exist to solve VPN always On after I removed Norton Safe VPN for other paid VPN App installation in coming Month? Reason for trying other VPN is with Norton WiFi keeps dropping; private WiFi doesn’t have such problem. i am now starting to use my mobile data in lieu of public Wifi

If you had the standalone Norton Secure VPN app installed along with Norton 360 app, uninstalling the standalone VPN does not remove the VPN feature in Norton 360. 

So if you still have the 360 app installed, be sure you go to the Privacy section and turn off the Auto Connect VPN setting. 

One other thing to note. The Safe Web feature in Security > Internet Security section of the app will display the VPN icon in the iOS notification area at the top of the screen. This is because Norton has to use Apple's VPN programming API's to provide the Safe Web Feature. So you need to check the Privacy section to see if the actual VPN is active.
