Hi I am trying to install my new norton anti virus on a second computer, the download file was there and I clicked on it but the screen went blank with only a message saying just a moment and circling dots 30min have lapsed, I cannot exit this screen ?

Did you have any non Norton security software on that system before trying to install Norton. If so, did you fully remove it using the removal utility for that software.

You should be able to force a shutdown by holding the power button on your system for 5 or 10 seconds. That should allow you to restart the system again to start diagnosing what might have happened.

How did you get the 'download file' onto the second system?
