How can I make Norton stop harassing me about a family account?

I've emailed, phoned, messaged, asked, pleaded, demanded, opted out, and chewed them out a dozen times trying to make them stop ordering me via emails ever day to activate my Parental Control account to protect my kid. They refuse, despite the facts that 1) Parental Control accounts are not available for Macs and 2) I DON'T HAVE ANY #^*^$@!*% CHILDREN. Their only solution is to unsubscribe from Norton e-mails altogether (like THAT will stop them). Unless someone here has another solution, that's my next step.

I'm new to Norton after a 15-year absence after they rendered two PCs useless. Am I going to miss anything important by blocking them? i.e., do they occasionally send something of value?

Mac mini M1 w/Ventura, Norton 360 Deluxe.

Hi @WhatsNortonSnortin,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have 'opted out' your account from backend for Parental Control reminder emails.

If you no longer use Norton Family service, you can delete it at any time from the Norton Family website. This will remove your Parental Control account only. Please follow this help link for the same.

Thanks,
Norton Family Team

Re: How can I make Norton stop harassing me about a family account?

Thanks for opting me out; I hope it works. However, neither this Help Link nor the link you added to the email you sent me is of any use. In accordance with my many other attempts to solve the problem, these links apply only to Windows, Android, and iOS accounts or devices. Just as Parental Control is not available for Macs, canceling Parental Control is also not available for Macs. Stupid stuff like this (and navigating Norton's cumbersome website*) does not give customers much faith in Norton.

* Example: I can't find a way to SUBMIT this reply. If it shows up, some random button push got it done.
