VPN not connecting to server

I have tried activating Norton Secure VPN throughout the day today and everytime the system "cannot connect to servers".

Is the system down today (Jan. 3, 2023)?

UPDATE - when trying to connect Secure VPN again I received "SERVER ERROR" message.

Have you restarted your computer since seeing this issue? Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Have you tried choosing an different virtual location for your VPN connection?
